Got the salary breakup from the HR, once I accept the breakup the HR would roll out the offer.
I was not working from Aug 2023 and started interviewing from September 2024.
I know the salary numbers are not great, but right now I want to just start again. Plan is to upskill and aim high in one and half year, ideally for Staff Engineer role.
