Hello Leetcoders, Please help me in choosing the best offer. My priority is future growth with good learning opportunities.

YOE: 2.5 years
Tech stack : Java, Spring boot, Azure
Current org: Aviation PBC
Current CTC: 14.5 (base) + 1 (bonus)

I am currently holding 2 offers:

Oracle (OHAI):

Title/Level: IC2
Tech stack : Java
Salary: 22.6 LPA (PF included)
Stock Bonus: None
TC : 22.6 L

Verve group:

Title/Level: SDE-2
Tech stack : Golang (primary) + Java
Salary: 28 LPA (PF included)
RSU : Company will match 20% of the employee’s committed contribution to purchase shares.
Other benefits : 50k per year (Travel, fitness, shopping etc). Potential onsite chance after 2 years.
TC : 28.5 L

While I feel Oracle is a safe bet, I'm also looking for good learning opportunity. Verve is a Germany based company which is into ad tech domain & a good scale is involved. They are setting up the team in Bangalore. Only downside is it has got bad glassdoor ratings (3.2/5).

Do you guys think I can negotiate with Oracle (I've already accepted the offer)? Will brand and tech stack matter for my future switch? These are my primary concerns. Requesting you to help me out.
