I am currently working in a Fintech in Mumbai with 2.5 YOE

Current CTC : 22.5 LPA (Base aroun 17 LPA)

I have 2 offers in hand

1. US Based Trading Platform -
   Role: Software Engineer
   Location : Mumbai (3 days office per week)
   Base : 28 LPA
   CTC : 35 LPA

2. Walmart SDE III
   Location : Bangalore
   CTC : Yet to be discussed

I have heard that walmart is going back to 5 days per week office
And I am already settled in Mumbai

Want to know if it's considsering Walmart and how's the work culture, layoffs there
