Note:

1. There is only a decent hike in my TC from this offer but comp wasn't my motivation for change. I spent my internship as well as all 5.5 YOE at the same company and I was looking for a change in work.
2. Salesforce in general doesn't offer this much RSUs. I think their cap is 74k USD for 4 years but I was able to negotiate since I have a lot of unvested stocks at my current company.
