Got this offer before hike in the company.
Current compensation after hike
Fixed - 30 Lpa
Bonus - 6L+

Need suggestion if they can increase the CTC offered, and how much to ask.

Update 1: They have increased the stocks to 65000 USD.

Is it fine to join with this offer, considering my current pay and yoe??
