Current compensation: 20.7L(fix) +2.3L(variable) = 23Lpa

Upstox HR gave below compensation for me:
Location: Mumbai
Fixed Pay : 32LPA
Variable Pay: 3.2Lacs
ESOPs : 14Lacs vested over 4 years

Is this a good offer or getting low balled. Just wanted clarity on that.
