Hi Guys,\n(Read below lines like your bestfriend is sharing his story with you so that you avoid evil thinking like bragg kar raha hai)\nI was a state merit holder in class 12 with 91% in PCM & wanted to pursue my higher education from some good college out of my hometown but due to some reason i stayed back in my hometown & did B.Tech from local college.\n\nMy friends setting beside me often asked me that what\'s the faayda of 91% if you are sitting with 60% folks , well there are lot of faayda\'s :). I clearly told my father that don\'t expect me to score the same as i will learn practical knowledge in college.\n\nHacked college website, always a back bencher, played lots and lots of counter strike, enjoyed to the fullest, back to back 3 times state merit holder, was always asked to leave the class, often presented in front oh HOD due to hacking, HOD gave me the advance CS labs keys so that i can be stopped from breaching. I worked for 2 great companies like akamai, cisco.\n\nI always believed that whatesoever you do with interest will always be fruitful & strictly against DSA (frankly didn\'t liked it). \n\nToday i am holding a very good offer from nvidia(without-DSA) & to give back to community (moreoever sharing my feeling), i am listing my offer details below:\n- - -\nCurrent Compensation: \n**IC3**:\n* YOE: **5.5 years**\n* Base: **22 LPA**\n* No Stocks\n- - - \nOffered from Nvidia Pune:\n**IC3**\n* Base : **30 LPA**\n* Joining Bonus: **4 LPA**\n* Relocation bonus: **2 LPA**\n* Stock: **50 LPA**\n* Total Compensation: **86 LPA**\n\n- - -\n**Other offers**\nI was holding offer from amazon as-well & in interview with other companies as-well for 50 LPA as base but i think the stock growth potential in nvidia , work-life balance & job-safety is high compared to any other company out there. \n\nI am in rounds with Google as well (L4) but even if google offers 35-40 base and $80000 as stock, nvidia will still skyrocket my wealth because in span of just 9 months nvidia stock has gave a return of 400% & last split was in june 10:1 compared to 1.5:1 some years back. \n\nIts the decision which makes us & decides our future, let\'s see where this decision takes me.\n\nThanks to all folks who shared offer insights so that we can have a reference & ask for better always.\n
