current tc:16.35lpa alll fixed,have to go to office minimum 3-4 days,gets rough sometimes when have tight releases
there is no increase in base pay ,monthly salary will be mostly same but stocks are very high,and they are doing pretty well so it might help me in investments with savings along with remote work
hr is telling if i join bfore 16th dec then ill be elgiible for hikes in aprile
what should i do ?offer seems to be non negotiable
will competing offers help?
also have hikes in current company in jan so if i resign now ill be missing out on that (10-15)%
but getting better offer than this that is more than 29lpa at 1.5yoe seems very difficult with brand value and remote work
