I have received 2 offers and i need to join one of them soon

CTC - 50LPA(32.5 Fixed + 17.5 ESOPs)

Paypay(Backend Developer) - 53 LPA first year, 47 LPA thereafter
Amazon AWS(SDE-2) - 66.5 LPA/year(including JB + RSU)

I am scared of joining amazon because of cut-throat culture and PIP, please advise me what should i do here, also AWS is in bengaluru and paypay is in gurgaon which happens to be my preferred location
