The recruiters have gone silent. Despite reaching out to all three points of contact who coordinated my interviews up to the bar raiser round, none of them answered my calls or responded to my emails.
Is this how big organizations treat their candidates?
With HR professionals recruited from prestigious institutes like IIMs and XLRI, wasn’t “valuing candidates and providing feedback” part of their training?
