Dream11:
Base: 52
Joining Bonus: 10.4 (Clawback period of 2 years)
Esops: 21.5 (vesting schedule of 10, 20, 30, 40) -> 2.1 (first year)
First year CTC: 64.5
Additional benefits: 50% rent covered upto 45K with tax, international offsite every year, free food in office
Location: Mumbai

Which offer should I accept?
Dream11 has no plan of IPO as of now(but it still do buybacks) while Zepto is planning for IPO in 2025/26.
Have liked Mumbai as a city over Bangalore.
If I plan to switch after 1 year I have to return whole Joining bonus of dream11.
