Seimens Healthineers vs STG Labs Offer

Over the past two years, I have been employed in a healthcare-based mid-sized startup in Begalore. My compensation was fixed at 16 LPA, and I accumulated a total of four years of experience. Recently, I have received job offers for a Senior Software Engineer position from both Siemens Healthineers and Software Engineer from STG Labs.

Siemens Senior Software Role Level 9:
Compensation: 22 LPA, fully fixed

STG Labs (Simphony Technology Group Labs):
Compensation: 25 LPA, fully fixed
Role: Software Engineer

However, they have agreed to reclassify the role to Senior Engineer on the day of joining via email.
In terms of organization, Siemens Healthineers appears to be a more reputable company, and I believe they offer a better work-life balance. However, I am concerned about the potential legacy of their technology stack. STG Labs has a more advanced technology stack, but it is not as large as Siemens. There is a compensation difference as well any inputs will be appricaited which can help me out in choosing the offer.
