Recently, I have received job offers for a Senior Software Engineer position from both Siemens Healthineers and Software Engineer from STG Labs.\n\n\n**Siemens Senior Software Role Level 9:**\nCompensation: 22 LPA, fully fixed\n\n\n**STG Labs (Simphony Technology Group Labs):**\nCompensation: 25 LPA, fully fixed\nRole: Software Engineer\n\nHowever, they have agreed to reclassify the role to Senior Engineer on the day of joining via email.\nIn terms of organization, Siemens Healthineers appears to be a more reputable company, and I believe they offer a better work-life balance. However, I am concerned about the potential legacy of their technology stack. STG Labs has a more advanced technology stack, but it is not as large as Siemens. There is a compensation difference as well any inputs will be appricaited which can help me out in choosing the offer.
