I\'m currently in a **good product based company with good WLB**, have **joined it few months back**.\n\nGave Interview for **Publicis Sapient** parallely with other companies.\nAfter clering the interview process at Publicis Sapient, **HR ghosted me for months**, and reached out few days back, extending an **offer which has around 65% hike from my current base (Base to Base comparison)** at the product based company.\n\nRole offered at Publicis Sapient (Home location): **Senior Experience Engineer (Frontend SDE role)** \nCurrent Role at Product Based Company (Bangalore): **Software Engineer** \n\nYOE: **2 years 4 months (Full-time), 2 years 10 months (Including Internships)**\n\nCurrent Compensation: **14 BASE + 10% BONUS + PF (~1.5 Lakhs) + 15k USD RSUs (vested over 3 years) = ~20-21LPA (First Year)**\n\nOffer: **23.3 BASE + 5% BONUS (Pro-Rata basis, won\'t be applicable this year) + PF = 25.8 LPA**\n\nFun fact: **This role at Publicis Sapient is for 3.5+ YOE people, but I cleared the rounds, so is it gonna be risky in future after joining, considering my full time YOE is not even 3 years?**\n\nIs it worth taking this risk of switching from a good product based company to a service based company whose reviews are not good online in this not so good job market ??\n\nWould appreciate any insight, Thank you so much!!\n
