Current Comp: 65.7 lpa (30 base + 2 bonus + 33.7 RSU) - TC went up from 53 to this in 3 months, thanks to stock boom and promo.

Recieved a verbal offer from Kotak with below numbers -
Total Comp offered: 71.8 lpa
Breakdown -

• Base(including PF) - 38 lpa
• Bonus - 3.8 lpa (10 % of base)
• Deffered Cash - 30 lpa (receivable at year end similar to RSU's)

Location: Bengaluru
Position: SDE-2
All Cash fixed, no catch. It is a mere 9.28 % hike from my current.

Request suggestion from community, would it be wise to consider it looking at current job market or stay put and look for better? As per recruiter, this is already on the higher side, no room for negotiation.
