Last year i got the best hike (33%) and perf bonus (17.75%) - Base went up from 13 to 17

My journey has been really great so far now. I interned at Microsoft but did not get PPO.
So, worked on my skills a lot and then had one offer in march from an edtech startup
(19 base + 10% perf + 1 jb) but continued at the current startup.

But team and manager looked shady although he was my college senior so decided to let go although i was looking to move to bangalore, but dream11 looked better because of learning as well.

Also almost everywhere i got calls directly from recruiters as i was not looking for change and was not practising rigorously for change, once i got offer from meesho i decided to try for multiple offers in bad market.
Although i received rejections from Qualcomm (round 1 because of bad interviewer ),
Apollo.io 2nd round(couldnt memory optimise 2nd dsa question, bad luck)
Bar Raiser (2nd LLD round rejection, interviewer was an arrogant amazon guy didnot clarified the requirements and was adament to his solution then why are u having lld round)

Overall, I am lucky and grateful to the community here at leetcode. I used to practice questions from interview experience and always wanted to put my multiple offers wala post was not knowing i will get so sooner.

Will be contributing regularly to leetcode community and
will post all the interview experiences in coming days.

I am grateful to god for being so kind to me after that ppo setback.
