Small US Retail product company:\n* TC: 27 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable) = 30 LPA\n* Tech: Azure tech stack\n* Location: Delhi NCR\n2. Epam Systems:\n* TC: 34 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (JB) = 36 LPA\n* Tech: Azure/AWS tech stack depends on client\n* Location: Delhi NCR\n3. T- Systems:\n* TC: 32 LPA (Fixed) = 32 LPA\n* Tech: Azure tech stack + open stack\n* Location: Pune\n\nI have to join within Delhi NCR region, so T-Systems is going out of scope, although there tech stack is very interesting. Now within the Delhi NCR region I was inclined towards the small product based company as they are going to setup their data infrastructure from scratch, but this is not a tech product company. It\'s main business is retail and also not sure whether I will get some learning opportunity there or not. Coming to Epam, they are offering more and the difference is huge for me and tech will also be there but here the case is that it\'s kind of C2H role and the client will be some big product company for which I will have to clear the client rounds.\n\nWhat should I choose?\n\nPlease give honest answers.
