Joining Bonus: 5 L
Stocks- 30k $ vested quarterly for duration of 3 years
First Year CTC: 47 LPA
Location- Bangalore

Offer 2: IBM Research Labs
Base Salary: ~41 L
Joining Bonus-14 L
Stocks- NA
Relocation- 50k
First Year CTC- 55 LPA
Location- Pune

I have a settled life in Bangalore, with friends here. Having no contacts as such in Pune ! Would it be wise to make a location switch?
