Trying to negotiate at Salesforce for further push on RSUs, they seem to be a big time lowball.

Which should be the ideal choice here, depending on WLB, learning opportunity?
How are increments at both Atlassian and Salesforce?

Few points i am considering:

1. Atlassian will offer refreshers RSUs as well (Not sure of the ranges), which would be missing at Salesforce.

2. Would be pushing for P40 -> P50 at atlassian in next 2-3 years(if feasible). Wont be possible for a promo anytime soon at Salesforce for LMTS i feel.

3. Salesforce has recently switched to 3 days a week WFO mandate as well.

4. How are Bonus payouts at both Atlassian and Salesforce? On a "Meets Expectation" rating, would it be 15%, or it would be awarded only in the case of exceptional performance?
