Other Details: Will be given a project related to JAVA full stack or Generative AI, depending on requirements.
Pros: More secure job, relatively lesser workload, will have time to prepare and crack better opportunities.
Cons: Service-based company, so may get fewer opportunities in the future.

Company: Brick&Bolt (started in 2018, small startup consisting of around 200 employees)
Title/Level: SDE (Full stack role) (3 months intern + full-time)
Location: Bangalore
CTC: 35k stipend (during internship), 10 LPA (during full-time)
Base: 10 LPA
Other Details: Need to work on React (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend). Can get more ownership (even DevOps) depending on my performance there.
Pros: Learning will be high.
Cons: Less secure, workload is high (might not get time to maintain my current coding level in terms of DSA and to apply to other companies).

Final Goal: To be in a big product-based company as a software engineer where importance is given to work-life balance and pay is high.
Please advise: Which option is more likely to help me achieve this goal, considering job security also matters in the current down IT market, especially for freshers like me?
