I recently got an offer from a series A startup but very confused if i should accept it or not I am fed up with my current company as I am not getting to learn anything and culture is very very toxic so I just want to leave asap.\n\nYOE: 2.2 years(+ 6 months full time internship)\n\nCurrent Role: SDE1 in a product based MNC\nCurrent Compensation:\nBase: 22 lpa\nBonus: 8.5 lpa\n\nStartup: \nDesignation: Senior Software Engineer\nOffered Compensation from startup:\nBase 25.5 lpa\nJoining Bonus: 1.5 lpa\nPerformance Bonus: 1.75 lpa\nEsops: 9lpa per year\nExtra Benefits: 36000\n\nEdit:\nGot 1 more offer fully remote.\nSeries E company based out of USA. Raised around 350M$ in total. might ipo in 2 3 years.\nlast round in 2021 of 200M$ and is a unicorn.\nBase - 28 lpa.\nbonus - 3 lpa.\nRsus - worth around 4 lpa.\nI spoke with people working here and they said that workload is a bit on higher side rest culture and people in the company are good.\n\n\n\nPlease help me to understand if the offer is worth considering as the Base increase is negligible not even 20% and since its series A I don\'t know if Esops are worth it.
