I am in talks with BlackRock and Goldman for an offer and both are giving somewhat competitive salaries but I am not sure which one to pick, would everyones view on this.

BlackRock :
Salary - 40+ LPA
Location - Gurgaon
Role - Associate Quant Engineer/Developer

Goldman
Salary - 40 LPA
Location - BLR
Position - Associate SWE

I am not sure which one will be better role for me in the long run and what exactly do Quant Devs do. Any comments and views are aprreciated. Thanks.
