College - Tier-1 (NIT)
Current salary - 25.2 LPA(Base) + 4 LPA(ESOP)
Current Designation - SDE-2
Current Company - Mid size product based startup
Total experience - 4 years 2 months

Do let me know how much they can offer. Just got call from recruiter that i am selected, Salary discussion will happen in next 2-3 days

Update - Took a little while for them to release offer
Position - Software Engineer (Grade-8)
Base - 31.8 LPA
Peformance Bonus - 2.1 LPA
Joning bonus - 3 lakhs on first year and 3 lakhs on second year
No stock options for grade 8
