UI path offer
Base : 40 (including employer PF), 10% variable, 80k RSU across 4 years ( 1year cliff, quaterly after that) (Listed company), Lots of benefits.
Tech Stack - .Net, Angular, MySQL, Azure. (Standard tech stack across company)
Cons :

• Tech stack not that great, not sure how many company uses this.
• Notice period is 60 days.
• WLB will take a hit as it is a new team and initial phase might be hectic (team was in USA now moved to India). Recent layoffs ( called restructuring by the management).
• Haven't done frontend my entire career. 30% work would be frontend.

Took a switch recently (6 months back) so thinking if tech stack wise and higher NP is worth joining or not as i don't want to add too many switches in short interval.

First year compensation ~ 60 lakhs

Getting mixed reviews since CEO changed and stock tanked. Would love to have some input from the leetcode community.
