• Prior Experience: SDE-2 at a Product Startup
• Current Compensation: 22 LPA (18.5 base + 1.5 bonus + 2 ESOPs)

• Total Comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 27 LPA for the 1st year

Offer 2: Allen Digital (Doubtnut)

• Title/Level: SDE-2
• Location: Gurgaon
• Salary: 24.5 LPA
• Relocation/Signing Bonus: N.A
• Stock Bonus: N.A
• Variable: 2.5 LPA
• Total Comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 27 LPA

Offer 3: Glance

• Title/Level: SDE-2
• Location: Bangalore
• Salary: 26 LPA
• Stock Bonus: 8.4 lakhs (4 years vesting)
• Total Comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 28.1 LPA for the 1st year
