TC comes to around 38.3L and no joining bonus. \nAngelOne is offering SDE2 role and has remote working culture. \n\nI am a bit confused between the 2 considering the difference in role and compensation that is being offered. Can someone pls share their views on this taking  WLB and job security and on the job learning experience into the picture. \nAlso wanted to understand are both the offers a low-ball?\n
