Even though ThoguhtSpot is not listed, they term these as RSUs and not ESOPs.
CTC: 42+2+14 = 58L for first year
Appraisals twice a year.

I'm thinking in terms of expected IPO for ThoughtSpot, Microsoft's booming share price and MAANG tag on CV, learning opportunities, job security, etc.

I'm really confused, please help!
