I have an experience of 6 years as a freelance Photo Retoucher and few days ago I applied at Annalect India and got a call from HR. My current CTC is 8LPA (but I told her it was 4LPA because of uneven money flow every month and miscalculation) but HR said they only have a budget of 7LPA. Shoould I negotiate for more. If yes, How much?
