Current CTC: 49L(45L Fixed base + 4L variable)

Title/Level: L4(Hardware Engineer Machine Learning)
Date of the Offer: June 2024
Location: Hyderabad

Base Salary: 38L
Bonus: 15%
Joining Bonus: 8L
RSU: $120K for 4 years

Is this a good offer? shall I consider joining L4 level with my experience ? I hear moving to L5 from L4 will be tough.
