2400 Units vested over 4 years with liquidity option in 3rd year
Total Compensation: 66.5 lakhs(including PF & G) + 3Lakh Joining Bonus + stocks post that

Current Company: Tier1 Product Bases MNC
Current Compensation: 39 (Base+PF) + 6 (Variable) = 45
