• Variable: 1.68 (10%)
• Total Comp: 18.48 LPA

• Role: SDE III
• Fixed: 29 LPA
• Variable: 2.9 LPA (10%)
• RSUs: $25000 vested over 3 years ~7 lakh / year
• 1st Year Comp: 38.9 LPA

MiQ Digital

• Role: Lead Engineer
• Fixed: 38 LPA
• Variable: 5.7 LPA (15%)
• 1st Year Comp: 43.7 LPA

I am leaning towards MiQ Digital as I am getting a lead role and I feel I will have better learning opportunities at MiQ.
