Need Help - EPAM vs IBM vs NTT Data

YOE - 5 Years

I got offers from EPAM, IBM and NTT Data as backend developer with similar CTC at 25Lpa.

Which one should i choose for better career growth and job security and use it as a good tag to crack product companies in future. Please suggest as I am very confused on which one to choose.
