Current CTC: 33 LPA

Please help me choose between the following:

Microsoft:
Base: 28 LPA
Stocks : 80K USD for 4 years ~ 16.7 L per year
Annual Bonus: 10% of base = 2.8 L
Joining bonus: NIL
Total CTC for first year: 47.5 L

Intuit:
Base: 32 LPA
Stocks : 58K USD for 4 years ~ 12.1L per year
Annual Bonus: 10% of base = 3.2L
Joining bonus: 3L
Total CTC for first year: 50.3L
