Reason to Change: Laid Off in Feb

Senior Software Engineer
Fixed: 37LPA (Base + 10% Bonus)
Joining Bonus: 3 LPA (unsure)
Comp: 40LPA
WFO: 2 days/ Week

I wanted to know about the Work Life Balance and what is the career growth at Cevent ?
Since I was a lot frustrated by Amazon toxi culture and poor WLB.
