Cimpress - Senior Software Engineer
TC - 23 LPA + 1 Lakh (Retention)
Location - WFH
Tech Stack - React, Node, Java

Avalara - Senior Software Engineer
TC - 26 LPA + 2.7 LPA (Variable) + 1.8 Lakh (Relocation) + 1.5 (JB)
Location - Pune
Tech stack - React, .Net

Alphasense - Senior Software Engineer
TC - 26 LPA + 1 Lakh (JB) + 70 Units (ESOPS)
Location - Pune
Tech Stack - Node, React, GraphQL

BitGo - Senior Software Engineer
TC - Yet to discuss
Location - Bengaluru
Tech Stack - React, Node, Kotlin

My joining date of Cimpress is approaching soon and I have to make a decision.
Currently I'm inclined towards Cimpress because of similar work and WFH.

Avalara is also a good choice but it requires me to relocate to Pune and the tech stack will be .Net which I'm hesitant about as I have never worked on that and I'm not sure if changing tech stack will be worth it.

I don't know much about Alphasense WLB and career growth so not sure about it. But it will also requires relocation to pune which I'm hesitant.

Not much sure about BitGo as well. They are new in India and have started hiring agresively since last year. But I'm not sure if choosing the crypto domain will be a good choice or not and how will it affect me in the future.

Any inputs from your guys will be highly appretiated.
