Years of Experience: ~3
Company: MNC( Software developer backend)
Title/Level: SDE 2
Location: Pune
Salary: 23L Base(Fixed + 10%variable + PF + Gratuity) + (5-6)L stocks ~= (28-29)L
Benefits : Standard, nothing fancy
