Any help will be appreciated.\nB.Tech Tier 1\nExperience: 3.5 years\nCurrent Company: Honeywell(SDE-2)\nCurrent Compensation : 21LPA(All fixed)\n\nOffer 1: Walmart(SDE-3)\nCompensation: 25LPA( fixed) + 5LPA(yearly bonus) + 6LPA( stocks- vested in three years)\n\nOffer 2: British Petroleum(BP)(SDE)\nCompensation: 28LPA(fixed) + 4LPA(yearly Bonus) + 2LPA(Joining Bonus - one time)\n\nOffer 3: Detect Technologies(senior software engineer)\nCompensation: 34LPA( fixed) + may give joining bonus\n\nOffer 4: Epam systems( Senior Software engineer)\nCompensation: 34LPA(fixed) + 2LPA( joining bonus)\n\nNow I think Walmart is lowballing me. Can I use any of the other offers to negotiate salary with them. I am unsure if I can negotiate on the basis of fixed salaries as all other offers have nearly same ctc as walmart but they offer much higher fixed salary.\n\nAppreciate any help regarding the negotiation and choosing the right offer.\n\nThanks\uD83D\uDE0A
