Hi Leetcoders , I have been working in a product company called Epsilon for the past 2 year 7months as a full stack developer. My current salary is 15.X Lakhs(started off with 10LPA) . I have graduated in 2021 from a tier 2 college in bangalore . I have a very good knowledge in nodejs and angular , i think my company is underpaying me coz everytime i talk to my friends , I get to hear that you should have got more , you are being paid very less . I'm in so much dilemma of the pay , when i talk to manager , i get to hear that it is industry standard and a very good pay .

Please share your thoughts i have been beating my head around this since many days . I received few offers around 18-20LPA from early stage startups but i find it so risky to leave a well settled company like epsilon for startups .
