Current Compensation: 42 base + 5 bonus.

I have 3 offers

1. Signzy (48 base + 5 annual bonus + 15 lakhs on paper esops).
2. SenseHq (56 base + 5 bonus + 15 lakhs on paper esops).
3. Nutanix (48 base + 50 RSUS vesting over 4 years).

In all the 3 companies the position is Senior Software Engineer. I have 6+ yrs of experience.

I want to know which company to choose? How is SenseHq/ Nutanix/ Signzy are doing, if anyone knows please help.
