I currently have 2 offers, Kotak and Coinbase
Microsoft (Noida) is awaited, Help me decide which one to pick?

Location preference is NCR

Coinbase (IC4) - Remote
TC = 43 (fixed) + 2 variable + 22.5 stocks + 3.5 pf => 71 lpa

Kotak - (SDE-2) - Gurgaon, India
TC = 50 (fixed) + 5 variable + 13 lpa annual bonus => 68 lpa (Will probably ask recruiter to increase TC a bit)

Microsoft would pay max upto 55lpa for an L61, not sure if they will give L62 at this experience
I am more inclined towards Kotak because of coinbase being crypto company? can anyone shed some light around Kotak?

Current TC - 49 lpa
Total Exp - 3.5 yrs
