Exp : 2.6 years.

Base - 32 lakhs
Annual bonus - 10 %
Stocks - around 7100 units (paper money)

Current Base : 20 lakhs
Stocks RSU - 12 lakhs

Any room for negotiation here ?
How is hackerrank ?
Any chances of IPO ?
Learning , growth etc how is it ?
