• Negotiated a bit to get these numbers. Initial one was ~10% less
• Outstanding performers are also eligible for additional equity grants. Those are very lucrative but only 20-30% of employees manage to get it.
• Stock are not liquid. First vest takes 1y and will have to probably wait an additional year for buybacks, keep this in mind.

More Details:

• Stripe is pretty small in India. To prevent doxxing myself, I will not be sharing interview experience or benefits details
• To succeed in interview you need to have hands on expeirnece with REST APIs and day to day coding & debugging as the rounds are very practical based.
• DSA is asked but there is no focus on time/space complexity, instead it's on readability and structure.
