Hi Folks,
Today I received the offer from Microsoft India for L63 where-
- Base Pay is 45 Lakhs
- Joining Bonus is 7 Lakhs
- Performance bonus is 0-30%
- RSU is 112 Lakhs vested over 4 years
Could someone please answer my below queries-

Is the offer matches with Microsoft India standards?

Performance bonus is 0-30% of base pay(45 lakhs) or what?

In my job application the Job role was L62 and location was Noida but in the offer letter the role changed to L63 and location changed to Hyderabad. After this I checked with my recruiter where she mentioned that since my current CTC is high to match so they have upgraded the job role from L62 to L63 and the location from Noida to Hyderabad. However I insisted to join Noida location only as it would be my home location too. To this she mentioned that she will talk to the hiring manager regarding this but there are very less chances to change the job location and even if it is changes then there wouldn’t be any joining bonus.
So what should I do?
My YOE - 7
My Current CTC at Amazon-
Base pay is 44 lakhs
Joining bonus is 12 lakhs
RSU 380 stocks
