Before Siemens, I was working with Jio as SDE with CTC of 36,30,000. Decided to quit in Nov 2022 because of toxic manager and bad work life balance. Gave up higher CTC to spend time with my new born.

• Although work-life balance is way too good in Siemens, but no new learnings.
• Minimal hike as my CTC is already high, as per comapany standards.
• 3 months notice is also a problem.
• Confused, if I should wait for better opportunity.

Update : Decided to give it a pass. Will wait for better opportunity.
