I have 4.5 years of experience, working mainly on Java backend side.
I have the following offers :

1. Wayfair : L2 Software Engineer : 39 All fixed. (Engineering Enterprise Team)

2. Epam : SSE : Working with clients like Google (Willing to match the offer)

3. Healthplix : SSE : 32 Fixed + Bonuses (Indian Health tech startup)

My priority is proper work life balance with good quality works.

Now, am not able to choose one.

Any suggestions would be appriciated.
