Joining Bonus 1st Year: 18 LPA
Joining Bonus 2nd Year: 15 LPA
Stocks: 420 units (Vesting % in 4 years: 5%, 15%, 40%, 40%)
Total Compensation for 1st and 2nd year: Approx 65 LPA
My current Compensation: 48 LPA
Total YOE: 7.5
