Prior Experience: = Software Engineer Intern at Optum, United Health Group

Salary: = Rs 15 lakhs
Signing Bonus: = Rs 2.5 lakhs( after 1 month) + Rs 2.5 lakh (after 1 year)
Stocks : = $35000(vested over 4 years
Bonus: = 0 to 20% of Basic Salary
Relocation: = 3 lakhs(non taxable ) + Rs 59000
Total comp (Salary + Signing Bonus + Stocks + Bonus + Relocation): = Rs 32lakh for first year

Recovery of Signing Bonus Clause:

• If you work for less than 6 Months at Microsoft after joining, 100% of signing bonus is recovered by Microsoft.
• If you work for less than 12 Months at Microsoft after joining, 75% of signing bonus is recovered by Microsoft.
• If you work for less than 18 Months at Microsoft after joining, 50% of signing bonus is recovered by Microsoft.
• If you work for less than 24 Months at Microsoft after joining, 25% of signing bonus is recovered by Microsoft.

Recovery of Relocation Clause:
100% of relocation is recovered by Microsoft if you work at Microsoft for less than 1 year after availing relocation benifits(after relocating to location).
