Base Pay - 41 LPA (including retirals)
Bonus - Performance-based bonus up to 20% of salary every year
Signing Bonus - 6 lakhs (4 lakhs on first year, 2 lakhs on second year)
On-Hire Stock Award - 80000 USD
Relocation allowance - 6.61 lakhs
Location - Bengaluru
