Hey all,

I recently got offer from Google Munich and this is what I am offered right now.
Base salary : 74000 euros
Bonus : 15% - 11100
Stocks: 70000 dollars (33% vested for first year)
Relocation : 6000 euros
One year : 113K euros or 118K dollars

My current compensation in Bengaluru is (I work in a US based startup) :
Base : 43K dollars
Stocks(Not liquid) : 7.5K dollars
Bonus : 4.3K
One year : 54.5K dollars

I have no competing offer.
I feel that I am getting lowballed at Google and I was expecting equivalent to around 150K dollars.
My recruiter has asked me on my expectations. So I wanted to know that if I am being unrealistic with 150K dollars and how much should I quote now? Also, how should I proceed with negotiation should I ask for more base or stocks

UPD : Hey negotiated for it and got 144K dollars and have accepted the offer. The final compensation details are :
Base : 80K euros
Bonus : 12K euros
Stocks : 124K dollars (33% for first year)
Relocation : 6K euros

Total one year : 144K dollars
