Benefits: Lot of cool perks almost at par with Google (like free food, lot of wellness reimbursements, child care allowance etc.)
Other details: Had a competing offer from CommerceIQ (its a startup, 50L fixed + 3L joining bonus + 3000 esops @20$ + 7.5% perf bonus). Negotiated once and accepted it.
