Total Exp : 8 Years
I am currently working in OCI and have got an offer from Arcesium.
Arcesium Offer:
Base : 60L (Including PF and Gratuity)
Long term incentive : 24L over 4 years
Performance Bonus : 8L- 12L
Joining Bonus : 4L
Total - 74-78L(78-82L including Bonus)

Oracle has given a counter offer of:
Base :48L
Shares: 100K$ over 4 years
Total 69L

The WLB in my current company is good and manager is really supportive. But the base in OCI is less I feel.
Please share your thoughts on which company I should go with.
